PropertyDukan.com charges brokerage to the Builder/ Developer/ Promoter only for a new sale of property for a Qualified Premium Lead. No brokerage is charged to the lead or the user or the Purchaser.
A Qualified Premium Lead is someone whos information was shared with Builder / Promoter or Developer and as a result a sale transaction has taken place and further that person has entered into a specific agreement with propertydukan.com to that effect

Activation/ Deactivation/ Suspension / Temination
Propetydukan.com offers two types of membership . 1. Paid Subscriber 2. Free User. Features on the website available for use for the different types of members are available in the "Features list".
Paid Subscriber - On duly filing up the online form available on the website by the user, Propertydukan.com shall establish an account for the said user and an email shall be sent to the said user as per the detils provided on the form. On clicking on that link the account gets activated subject to realization of the payment. Propertydukan.com reserves the right to inspect correctness of information if found necessary. Any suspicious account shall not be activated irrespective of payment. Propertydukan.com reserves the right to deactivate / suspend/restrict / terminate any account in the interest of Propertydukan.com or in the general interest without any prior notice or without giving any reason thereof or also on grounds of non-payment , unauthorized use , incorrect incomplete or untrue disclosure of information, objectionable displays or behavior, without any claim for refund.
User`s Obligations
You (User ) undertake to -
